Close to DFW airport, shopping, restaurants, schools and only blocks from Grapevine.

Home comfortably sleeps 4, with a super-comfy King size bed in Primary bedroom, and two comfy twin beds in the Secondary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a wonderful meal, along with newer stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets and granite countertops. Bathroom is stocked with towels and laundry area has full sized washer/dryer with iron.

The backyard boasts of a Pergola, Fire Pit with Adirondack chairs and dining table w/ umbrella and seating for four. One car can easily fit behind the iron gate in the backyard, in addition to a long driveway for extra parking.

Nest thermostat controlled Air conditioning and Heating. Keyless Nest Yale lock on the front door.
