    "The traffic on Mid-Cities Blvd at Hwy 121 heading East is at a total standstill between 4:30 and 6:00pm mainly because the traffic signals aren’t synchronized correctly. People block intersections while waiting for the signals to turn. "

    "Very centrical to Dallas and Fort Worth, easy access to express lanes. No near metro access, but if you have a car it’s incredibly easy to evade traffic and go anywhere. Still an area in development, but its growing to be a updated suburb area for families, single families and singles. "

    "it’s unsafe. many armed robberies right now. i run to my apartment and bolt my doors. i do not recommend walking at night. i’m leaving as soon as possible. if you move here, move to a place with security or constant police supervision. not worth the risk. "
