It also has two NEW ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer and sliding vinyl windows to keep you warm in winter. When the sun rises at the back, the bedrooms at the front stay cool and dark on the west side of the unit; while the living space catches the morning sun.

The primary bedroom has it's own private bath plus a walk in closet, with a second bath dedicated for the guest bedroom and living area. Just outside the front door there is a large under stair storage closet, something only a handful of units in the complex have. There is a utility closet off the back porch, with side by side full size washer and dryer, not a stackable as many other units have.
