You have 1 neighbor there are 2 suites , the bathrooms, separate your rooms. You each have your own front door entrance. The shower is my favorite. It's a 2 headed luxury vacation! That's what I call it! The tiles have a green hue. It's like you're in the ocean while showering !
Your suite is facing the backyard, very peaceful and quiet! 1 car parking on property additional street parking is available, backyard entrance. All utilities paid, King size bed, 3 stool bar/desk, armoire, 8 function air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer/BBQ on property. Fruit trees Ojai pixies, orange, lemon, grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, nectarine, grapes and our 6 chickens! All you pay for if your food and cell! You have towels & bed linens.
You are a 2 house walk to the trolley , a 2 minute walk to the Bus and bike path, 1 block to the 150 Hwy to Santa Barbara!
CARS rental lease and credit check to ensure a Happy relationship! Your lease is month-to-month for longer stays. If you preferred unfurnished it is negotiable. Please just give me a call and let's talk.

No Smoking on 2nd Floor. Designated area on yard.
