Description

This property is situated outside the city limits of Ojai and sits on acre and is within the boundary of the Ojai Unified School District. The house was completely remodeled in 2017. The property is completely fenced and secure and has electric gates to enter.
The landscaping is drought tolerant. There's a carport which can accommodate 2 vehicles and a large parking area, that can accommodate an RV or boat. An RV pump-out station is also located on the property.
There's an attached garage and directly behind, a large laundry room. There are several mature trees on the property, including oak, crape myrtles, pomegranate, apricot and Valencia orange trees.
At the back of the property there is a chicken coop, vegetable garden area with potting table, and a 10' x 20' Tuff Shed for storage.
As you enter the house, you enter the living room, The first bedroom is directly to the left and looks out to the front of the property. It has a double closet. The living room area is approximately 20' x 25' and is open to the kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and lots of cupboard space.
Leading from the kitchen takes you to the next two bedrooms. Each of those rooms are about the same size approximately, 13' x 14' and each have a double closet.
As you go through the kitchen at the north end, there's a bathroom. You then continue on to the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom. There's a triple closet and an additional walk-in smaller closet. Both bathrooms are pretty identical with a vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.
From the master bedroom, there's a sliding glass door that leads out to the back patio. The patio is covered with a large wooden trellis. The house has wood grain laminate that runs throughout the house.

All kitchen appliances, Heat/AC Unit and tankless water heater were new in 2017.
Rent $3,850 per month. Deposit is $4,000. Monthly gardener and water softener included.
