    "It’s unsafe with lots of crime and drug addicts running around plus it’s a dirty run down area. Cops do patrol but it doesn’t stop the shootings, stabbings, and burglaries. Kids play outside but it’s really not safe to. You can walk places but I personally don’t feel safe doing so without my husband. "
