    "I am retired and love the nearby shopping walking distance. Ralph’s, Wal Mart, Trader Joe’s, nail salons, Pollo Loco, Panda Express. A nice family oriented park very close by.All within walking distance. Neighbors look out for each other "

    "Except those who don’t clean up their pet’s poo. I have always been vigilant out of respect for the home owner. In addition there are no barking or unfriendly dogs that I’ve encountered in my two years living here. "

    "It’s unsafe with lots of crime and drug addicts running around plus it’s a dirty run down area. Cops do patrol but it doesn’t stop the shootings, stabbings, and burglaries. Kids play outside but it’s really not safe to. You can walk places but I personally don’t feel safe doing so without my husband. "
