The backyard is fenced, and tenants are responsible for yard care in the back. The front yard is maintained by landscapers on a bi-weekly basis. Small dogs (up to 30 lbs) are welcome, but unfortunately, no cats. The pet deposit is $250, with an additional $50 monthly pet rent. Please note, there's a limit of one pet per household.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities, and renter's insurance is required. The lease term is 12 months. All flooring and paint have been recently upgraded. Updated photos are on their way!

Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
