A fully-furnished, well-located & cheerful split-level house with big flexible spaces (3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom, a family room / office, large living room & dining area, hardwood floors throughout, plenty of natural light -- large windows, skylights, and "sun tunnels"). 2200 sqft + finished basement (which we will partly use for storage) + a two-car garage. All appliances (washer, drier, dishwasher, gas range with a hood & a stove, microwave, refrigerator, additional freezer chest).

A large corner site with a deck, fenced vegetable patch, and your own playground/playset in an excellent neighborhood with great schools. The house is 2.4 miles away from Cornell (6 min driving _or_ 8 min walk to a bus stop + 10 min on a bus running 4 times per hour). It is also a 10 min walk to cafes/shops, and a 5 min drive to a larger shopping mall.

Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, water, internet, garbage pickup fees, and lawn mowing.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
