The Newport floor plan was tastefully updated several years ago, replacing all appliances, cabinets and hardware, added premium vinyl plank wooden floors, granite countertops and painting the interior. It is stunning. It has open native spaces on 2 sides, to enhance the quiet charm and privacy. The screened-in rear porch provides an additional area to relax.

Convenient- Easy access to Sun City amenities including golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, and community centers. Convenient access to State Hwy 195 for access to Georgetown restaurants, grocery , shopping centers and healthcare facilities.

Sun City Maintenance - The exterior of this property is maintained by the Sun City HOA Maintenance program, which mows and trims the yard, and maintains the adjacent common/open areas, and flower beds. They also set up the program on the sprinkler system and repair as needed.

Renter responsibility
Maintenance-
1- replace air filters every 6 months or as needed
2- Replace salt pellets in Water softener as needed
3- Hand water all outdoor plants during summer months as needed
4- Pest control every 6 months
