It is stunning. It has open native spaces on 2 sides, to enhance the quiet charm and privacy. The screened-in rear porch provides an additional area to relax.

Convenient- Easy access to Sun City amenities including golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, and community centers. Convenient access to State Hwy 195 for access to Georgetown restaurants, grocery , shopping centers and healthcare facilities.

Sun City Maintenance - The exterior of this property is maintained by the Sun City HOA Maintenance program, which mows and trims the yard, and maintains the adjacent common/open areas, and flower beds. They also set up the program on the sprinkler system and repair as needed.
