Dual vanity with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet in primary bath. Vanity and bathtub in guest bath. The additional storage closet in the hallway is a great place to store holiday decor and supplies. Covered back patio with fenced backyard. Ribbon greenspace view behind the property. This home is located less than a mile from the Cowan Creek Activity Center. The patio table and chairs will remain at the property and will not be removed during the lease term.

Smoking is not permitted at this property. Pets are not permitted at this property. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are the Owner's personal property. Repair or replacement of those appliances will be up to the Owner and are not guaranteed. The age requirement to lease this property is 55 years of age or older (this property is located in an age restricted community). The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable.
