It has a two car garage and open kitchen and den concept with lvp (vinal plank flooring) in the main areas of the home. Good outdoor aera including a covered back porch area.

Renter is responsible for all utilities, no smoking allowed, up to 2 pets allowed and owner must meet the pets. Pet fee of $50 per month.
A deposit of one months rent which will be return after an owner walk through at the end of the lease satisfying the condition of the home less any repairs that are outside of normal ware and tear.
Yard care is the responsibility of the renter, if this presents an issue the owner will set up lawn care and bill monthly a fee.
Renter must sign a lease in order for home to be removed from zillow and a $1000 deposit which will be applied to the first month rent.
Proof of renters insurance prior to moving in date.

    "I hate my neighborhood. I’m on the app trying to move out of Hickory. This is a small town, everyone knows everyone or knows someone who knows something on someone. I’m not from here and moved for a job. You just get trapped here. The job market is awful, housing is terrible, and it’s a very conservative area."
