This newly built beautiful Ranch home is located off Startown road in Hickory ( just annexed by Newton) very close to Shopping and restaurants 1 mile from Hwy 70 and 2 miles from I-40. Renter is responsible for all utilities, no smoking allowed, up to 2 pets allowed and owner must meet the pets. Pet fee of $50 per month.
A deposit of one months rent which will be return after an owner walk through at the end of the lease satisfying the condition of the home less any repairs that are outside of normal ware and tear.
Yard care is the responsibility of the renter, if this presents an issue the owner will set up lawn care and bill monthly a fee.
Renter must sign a lease in order for home to be removed from zillow and a $1000 deposit which will be applied to the first month rent.
