Nice sized dining room just off kitchen flows into an ample sized living room with large windows and arched entry ways. This townhouse has replacement windows throughout and lots of them bringing in streams of natural sunlight! On to the second floor, you will find two smaller bedrooms and a nice size primary bedroom. The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and new vanity. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has also been installed in the bathroom. New furnace and heat pump installed. Gas heat and central air conditioning. The remainder of the townhouse has new carpet. There is an unfinished basement with solid metal entry door. Washer/dryer hook-up in the basement - lots of storage for tools, extra furniture, holiday decorations, etc.

Tenant is responsible for cutting front and back lawn width of the townhouse as well as shoveling sidewalk in the front and around vehicles. Tenant pays BGE, water and sewer. Trash is included. No dogs please. Owner may allow a cat with additional deposit.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
