Freshly painted 3 bedroom/1 bath townhouse located on East Green Street convenient to the downtown area. The kitchen is a bit on the smaller side, but very functional. New luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed in the kitchen and also new metal rear entry door. Kitchen includes a new range and refrigerator with original oak cabinetry. Nice sized dining room just off kitchen flows into an ample sized living room with large windows and arched entry ways. This townhouse has replacement windows throughout and lots of them bringing in streams of natural sunlight! On to the second floor, you will find two smaller bedrooms and a nice size primary bedroom. The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and new vanity. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has also been installed in the bathroom. New furnace and heat pump installed. Gas heat and central air conditioning. The remainder of the townhouse has new carpet. There is an unfinished basement with solid metal entry door. Washer/dryer hook-up in the basement - lots of storage for tools, extra furniture, holiday decorations, etc.

Tenant is responsible for cutting front and back lawn width of the townhouse as well as shoveling sidewalk in the front and around vehicles. Tenant pays BGE, water and sewer. Trash is included. No dogs please. Owner may allow a cat with additional deposit.
