Close to schools. Students ok with great references. No smokers. No cats. Dogs allowed with a $300 pet deposit plus $35/month pet rent. Tenants pay all utilities. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
