This two bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of Old Town Marblehead. Walking distance to shops, parks, beaches and restaurants. This is a condominium and one of three in the building. It is located on a quiet street with a deeded parking spot. It features efficient gas heat and has windows suitable for window ACs. There is a new stackable washer and dryer in the eat-in kitchen. The living room windows face the beautiful gardens of the Historic Jeremiah Lee Mansion. The living room and kitchen has vinyl floor and the bedrooms berber carpeting We are looking for a long term tenant that will love and care for our condo. Pets are not allowed in this condo. Gas and Electric is paid by tenant. Water and sewer is included in the rent.

Owner pays for water and sewer.
Gas and electric is paid by tenant.
We require one year lease term covering all adults living there.
There is No smoking of any kind allowed in the condo.
No Pets are allowed
Apartment must be kept clean and tidy and a clear shower curtain must be used to cover the windows in the shower to protect the building.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect shall be paid by tenant
Deeded parking for one car.
A new washer and dryer for tenant use.
