The space can include a queen bed with bedding, wardrobe/closet and counter stools. We can discuss furnishings with the right long-term tenant.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The ADU is located next to the main home on a family property. We have children, so there may occasionally be normal daytime family/outdoor sounds. The downstairs portion of the structure is retained by the owners and is not part of the rental.

The unit still offers excellent visual privacy and its own dedicated living space and entrance. We want to be very transparent about the setup so prospective tenants can determine whether it is the right fit before scheduling a showing.

PETS
A quiet, well-behaved pet may be considered. Because this is a shared family property, dogs that bark frequently or have difficulty being left alone would not be a good fit. Other small pets may also be considered.

LEASE
Long-term tenant preferred. No smoking.

We're hoping to find someone who will enjoy the space and make it their home. If interested, please send a little information about yourself, your desired move-in date, who would be living in the unit and any pets before requesting a tour.
