Premium plantation shutters on every window throughout the home. The primary bedroom has a custom closet system with adjustable shelving, hanging rods, and a built-in drawer tower. New carpet in the bedrooms, fresh interior paint, updated vanities in both bathrooms, and a WiFi-enabled garage door opener.

The backyard is low-maintenance artificial turf with mature shade trees, string lighting, and full block-wall privacy no watering, no mowing, and it holds up to pets. Whole-home water softener included.

Cave Buttes Recreation Area and hiking trails are a quarter mile away. Reach 11 Sports Complex is two miles, Desert Ridge five. Deer Valley Unified School District, with Boulder Creek Elementary and Mountain Trail Middle both within a mile.

Pets welcome, two maximum, 50 lb limit per animal. $400 one-time pet fee and $35/month pet rent, per pet. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to these terms.

Renter is responsible for all utilities: electric (APS), water, sewer, trash, gas, and internet. HOA dues and landscaping are covered by the owner.

Cats and dogs welcome, two maximum, 50 lb limit per animal. One-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet plus $35/month pet rent per pet. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.

Renter agrees to keep the artificial turf rinsed and free of pet waste, and to maintain the home in the condition documented at move-in. The home is subject to HOA rules, which will be provided as a lease addendum.

Renters insurance required, minimum $100,000 liability, with owner named as additional interested party.

Applications are processed through Zillow at no cost to the applicant. Screening criteria: verifiable income of at least 3x monthly rent, minimum 650 credit score, no evictions in the past five years, and positive rental references.
