Powell is one of the largest long-term rentals in Bend seven bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms on a private treed lot, with southwestern-inspired interiors and a wrap-around patio for the panoramic views. Built for extended stays that most rentals can't accommodate: multi-generational family stays, wedding-adjacent housing, extended holiday gatherings, or large family relocations. Pool table, fireplace, and year-round hot tub for the evenings; ample outdoor space for the days.

Honest heads-up: A few practical things worth knowing up front. The outdoor pool is only open Jun 1 Sep 30 (heat available for an extra fee). Upstairs bedrooms use portable AC units rather than central air (three provided). Summer thermostat can't be set below 74 F for extended periods.

- 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom
- Upstairs bedrooms cool with three provided portable AC units (distributed across bedrooms and the common area)

Bend sits on the Deschutes River in central Oregon one of the fastest-growing outdoor towns in the country, with easy access to Mt. Bachelor (skiing, mountain biking), the Deschutes River Trail, and the surrounding lakes and forests. Downtown Bend is known for the Bend Ale Trail (30+ craft breweries), a strong restaurant scene, and shops. Nearby: High Desert Museum, Lava River Cave, Pilot Butte, Tumalo Falls, and the trailheads at Phil's Trail. Redmond airport is about 20 minutes north.
