This town home features a nice first floor with an eat in kitchen and a convenient half bath. There is a nice patio in the back with a small storage shed. The full size (unfinished) basement offers plenty more storage.

The 2nd floor has a full size washer/dryer included, a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet, a nice full bath, and a spacious 2nd bedroom with ample closet space.

The community has a nice pool and plenty of sidewalks.

Applications are free. $150 Lease Admin Fee if approved and lease is signed.

Tenants pay for gas, electric, sewer and a $45/month Resident Benefit Package (includes renters insurance, pest control)

Min 620 Credit Score Required. Income needs to be 2.5xs rent.

Pets negotiable with $400 non refundable fee and $40/month/pet. No "dangerous breeds" allowed.
