This town home is located in Donegal Crossing, a town home community situated in the town of Rheems, which is 5 minutes from Mt Joy and Elizabethtown. It is also very conveniently located only 20 minutes to Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg.

This town home features a nice first floor with an eat in kitchen and a convenient half bath. There is a nice patio in the back with a small storage shed. The full size (unfinished) basement offers plenty more storage.

The 2nd floor has a full size washer/dryer included, a spacious master bedroom with a walk in closet, a nice full bath, and a spacious 2nd bedroom with ample closet space.

The community has a nice pool and plenty of sidewalks.
