About the room:
I own this townhome but do not live in the unit. Townhome for rent in fully furnished, golf course lot townhome conveniently located at the front of The Woodlands. The bedroom available is unfurnished, but all other living areas and patio are furnished. Currently have 1 tenant in the townhome and looking to rent the 2nd bedroom. It is a peaceful setting in The Woodlands, near the mall, Market Street, I-45, restaurants and entertainment. Bedroom and private full bath (newly remodeled), sharing common living space, kitchen, dining, laundry, gaming room (small bedroom) and guest bath on the lower level. The townhome is furnished (1540 sq ft), tenants need to provide their own bedroom furniture. Private deck walks out to the TPC golf course on the 10th fairway. Parking available. $1000 refundable deposit, NO smokers, NO drugs, regularly clean your bedroom & private bathroom, and shared spaces. Must provide background check through Smartmove (tenant pays $47). Electricity is included and tenant must share in the cost of the Internet.
About the current tenant:
Current tenant is a 23-year-old, single male, working 5 days/week at a local car dealership in north Houston. His family lives in The Woodlands, so he visits them often. He enjoys walking the trails in The Woodlands, working out at the gym, gaming with friends, and cooking delicious and healthy meals at home. Tenant has a cat named Yuno who is very active. He enjoys a quiet and peaceful home environment, and appreciate a great night's sleep.

    "This older part of Grogan's Mill is not well lit after dark, in fact, there are only a handful of streetlights on the main road, but none on the neighborhood streets at all, so it is very, very dark. We have tons of squirrels and the occasional possum, lots of birds, good fenced yard, everyone is extremely friendly with neat, tidy homes and yards. Very nice place to live, but these houses are dated and the rent is about 250-300 overpriced. "
