Bedroom and private full bath (newly remodeled), sharing common living space, kitchen, dining, laundry, gaming room (small bedroom) and guest bath on the lower level. The townhome is furnished (1540 sq ft), tenants need to provide their own bedroom furniture. Private deck walks out to the TPC golf course on the 10th fairway. Parking available. $1000 refundable deposit, NO smokers, NO drugs, regularly clean your bedroom & private bathroom, and shared spaces. Must provide background check through Smartmove (tenant pays $47). Electricity is included and tenant must share in the cost of the Internet.

He enjoys a quiet and peaceful home environment, and appreciate a great night's sleep.
