Sizeable kitchen with island and dining area, an open-concept large living room, a reading nook or toy area, a full bathroom with tub/shower, two large storage closets, and two bedrooms. The north side of the home is above ground, so even though it's a basement unit, it has plenty of natural light. Upstairs tenants do not use the backyard, so basement tenants have full access to the backyard for kids and/or pets. A large covered patio is also dedicated to the downstairs tenants.

This unit is in a wonderful neighborhood in a safe Sandy suburb, next to bus routes (including ski resort bus routes), large parks, including Fish Park, Granite Park, and Dimple Dell. It is also conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from 9 restaurants, a Starbucks, Swig, food trucks, Home Depot, and two grocery stores. A 4-minute drive in the other direction brings you to more restaurants, the Sandy Library, Ace Hardware, another grocery store, and an EOS Gym. A 5-minute drive in yet another direction will bring you right to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon with some of the best hiking and skiing trails in the state! Truly a location that can't be beat.

Current Tenants are still living in the unit. Please do not come to see the unit without a pre-approved appointment scheduled.

12-month lease. Upon completion of 12 months, a month-to-month contract will automatically begin, with a 30-day move-out notice required. If renter has pets, $200 non-refundable pet deposit; $25 monthly pet rent per pet; maximum of 2 pets allowed in the unit. No smoking on or in the property.
