Surprisingly large apartment in four plex, larger than some 2 bedroom houses
 It is 1,200 square feet. Open concept living, dining, kitchen area with relatively new vinyl plank hardwood floors. This area includes a built in desk, large closet for storage, and bar with large cabinets underneath. The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinets, refrigerator, a gas stove, and a big walk in pantry. There is room for a full size dining table and a lot of furniture in the extra large living area.

The hall leading to the bedrooms has a linen closet for additional storage. Each bedroom has a Frigidaire heat and cool unit with economy setting. The closets are very large. The bath has a tub/shower combo. There is plenty of storage in a large floor to ceiling cabinet with a clothes hamper. The there is a medicine cabinet over the sink.
There are washer and dryer hookups. You have a covered carport for your vehicle which is just a few steps from your door. You have both a front and back porch for your grill.

    "Had we waited three weeks, we would have purchased this home. The neighborhood is to die for. It is quiet and set back yet close to shopping and restaurants. There is only 15-17 homes in the neighborhood and only ond entrance making traffic non-existant. My personal opinion of this home is that it is the nicest home in the neighborhood. I wished we would have known this home was going to enter the market otherwise we would have waited!"
