This area includes a built in desk, large closet for storage, and bar with large cabinets underneath. The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinets, refrigerator, a gas stove, and a big walk in pantry. There is room for a full size dining table and a lot of furniture in the extra large living area.

The hall leading to the bedrooms has a linen closet for additional storage. Each bedroom has a Frigidaire heat and cool unit with economy setting. The closets are very large. The bath has a tub/shower combo. There is plenty of storage in a large floor to ceiling cabinet with a clothes hamper. The there is a medicine cabinet over the sink.
There are washer and dryer hookups. You have a covered carport for your vehicle which is just a few steps from your door. You have both a front and back porch for your grill.

There is only 15-17 homes in the neighborhood and only ond entrance making traffic non-existant. My personal opinion of this home is that it is the nicest home in the neighborhood. I wished we would have known this home was going to enter the market otherwise we would have waited!"
