Tucked around the corner is the well-equipped kitchen, which features all electric stainless-steel appliances. The living room is located at the rear of the property and offers built-in bookcases and access to the private courtyard.

The second level hallway is lit by a large skylight. This level features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature two windows and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms are tastefully appointed with single vanities with storage and bathtubs with tiled surrounds.

The home offers central heating and cooling, and rooftop solar panels that help reduce the electric bill. The property also has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2.5x the monthly rent. The minimum lease term is for one year. The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent.

Tenants are responsible for water and electricity. Tenants are responsible for landscaping maintenance and snow removal. Smoking is not permitted (tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Small dogs only are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.

This rental unit is professionally managed by Scout Properties, DC's trustworthy property management firm, located in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Scout Properties follows Equal Opportunity Housing guidelines, and Federal/ DC laws, which include voucher assistance and "source of income" protected classes.
