This has recently been renovated & freshly painted. The home boast of high ceilings in the living room & master bedroom. Large tile flooring thru-out the dining & wet areas; living room with laminate wood & carpet in.

A refundable security Deposit of $2600 is due at lease signing. Rent is $2600 a month. A prorated rent of $1000 is due at move in. There will be a pet deposit of $250. Owner pays Water and Trash. Renter is responsible for electricity and other utilities. Renter can choose to perform upkeep on pool or Owner can have the current company stay ($125 bi-weekly) on at the expense of the Renter. Current Washing Machine and Dryer (bought 2022) can be left if Renter cannot furnish one. We don't mind if you paint the walls we just ask that you paint them back before you move out. No smoking inside the house.
