Large tile flooring thru-out the dining & wet areas; living room with laminate wood & carpet in.

A refundable security Deposit of $2600 is due at lease signing. Rent is $2600 a month. A prorated rent of $1000 is due at move in. There will be a pet deposit of $250. Owner pays Water and Trash. Renter is responsible for electricity and other utilities. Renter can choose to perform upkeep on pool or Owner can have the current company stay ($125 bi-weekly) on at the expense of the Renter. Current Washing Machine and Dryer (bought 2022) can be left if Renter cannot furnish one. We don't mind if you paint the walls we just ask that you paint them back before you move out. No smoking inside the house.

    "I have lived here for a year and am surprised I haven't been robbed yet. Seriously, if you're going to live in this city live on the south side, not the north..or don't live here. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
