This is a spacious 3 bedroom all brick house with 2 full baths on a quiet street right off route 90 on the west side of Crestview. The bedrooms are large and the eat-in kitchen has plenty of cabinetry. New vinyl plank flooring has just been installed. It has newer Central AC/Heat and the metal roof is 4 years old. There is a double carport right off the kitchen and a 1 car garage attached to it that can be used as an office, kids game room, man cave or she shed. There is a fenced in area for pets just behind the garage. This is a wonderful house and layout.

Offering $500 off 1st month's rent if you read this complete description! You must mention it to get it though! This will help with your deposits, etc when moving.

We are private owners and don't charge an application fee but I would like you to contact me to answer a few questions before I will agree to show the house. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
