This is a spacious 3 bedroom all brick house with 2 full baths on a quiet street right off route 90 on the west side of Crestview. The bedrooms are large and the eat-in kitchen has plenty of cabinetry. New vinyl plank flooring has just been installed. It has newer Central AC/Heat and the metal roof is 4 years old. There is a double carport right off the kitchen and a 1 car garage attached to it that can be used as an office, kids game room, man cave or she shed. There is a fenced in area for pets just behind the garage. This is a wonderful house and layout.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
