Thank you for your interest in this property! As a first step, review our qualifications page to ensure you meet the rental requirements. We ask that you drive by the home prior to scheduling an interior viewing in order to familiarize yourself with the location and its surrounding area. You will receive an online application link during the in-person property showing. All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit an application. The application fee is $50 per applicant and the application will remain valid in the office for 30 days if basic qualifications are met. At Starr, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. Thats why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles rental insurance, credit building (optional) to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more at a rate of $39.95/month, added to every property as a required program. More details upon application. Pets are negotiable for most of our properties. Please note that we do not accept applications from Zillow or other third-party rental websites.
