"I’ve lived here for most of my 35 years and as it has changed throughout the years I still feel safe here. It stays fairly quiet and a lot of the people who live here have lived here 20+ years. "

"I love this area. People walk their dogs by and clean up after them from what I’ve seen. I would really like an off leash grass area to play fetch with my dog. There is a nice park nearby, but not really for that purpose. "

"lotsa public transit although I don't use it. Like the older, established, tree lined streets. For the most part, most neighborhoods are friendly and well kept. Commuting in the immediate area isn't bad. Better than average, I'd say. Freeway traffic flows well at these times too. "

"Other than street noise of busy Alpine Avenue during rush hour traffic, the neighborhood is fairly quiet. "

"all the little dogs (who have bitten ppl before) run around free and roam the neighborhood. but it's an all out panic if my 70 lbs dog gets out (who hasn't ever bitten anyone) and who is also afraid of the dark. so if you have a little dog they are free to roam. but big dog owners beware everyone is quick to call animal control. no matter how friendly the dog is. "I have lived here off and on my whole life. It's a beautiful area of Stockton. The country club area is like it's own little community. Lots of people have lived here for generations. "

"If you don't mind the noise and you mind your business, you will do ok here. My only complaint would probably be the neighbors kids who always makes a mess outside. And will scream on top of their lungs throwing tantrums. People are loud and fight with each other. I have had my fair share."

"That the traffic is constantly heavy and sharing the sidewalk with pedestrians and joggers becomes very narrow on the side walks that are given. "
