Access: The Landlord retains exclusive access to recordings and will use them solely for safety and security purposes.
Notification: The Tenant will be informed of any new cameras or changes in placement.
Prohibited Tampering: Tampering with cameras will result in immediate lease termination and liability for damages.
10. Termination and Eviction
Either party may terminate this Agreement with at least 30 days' written notice.
