The neighborhood tends to be safe and we offer additional precautionary safety measures including a ring doorbell, alarm system that alerts you if a door is open, a camera, and motion detection lighting. The security system is not an activated unit but we can provide activation upon request for a small additional monthly fee. Fresh new carpets installed.
Utilities included up to $100 a month. Significant discounts for a longer lease term ( 1 year +). Lease amount listed for 6-month stay.
