AC is a high-end portable unit that effectively cools your room of choice. Temperatures in the area are rarely above a comfortable level and we offer portable fans and ceiling fans in every room.
The neighborhood tends to be safe and we offer additional precautionary safety measures including a ring doorbell, an alarm system that alerts you if a door is open, a camera, and motion detection lighting. The security system is not an activated unit but we can provide activation upon request for a small additional monthly fee. Fresh new carpets installed.
