QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
We evaluate the full financial picture of each applicant:

Income: Housing costs should not exceed 40% of verified post-tax monthly income
Debt obligations are factored into the affordability calculation
Credit history: Strong credit preferred; all scores reviewed in context, minium score is 650
Employment: Stable, verifiable income required overtime and variable income will not be counted toward qualification
Eviction history: No prior evictions
Criminal background: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis per applicable law

I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
