Laundry room with washer and dryer. (Shed is not for tenant use). House is not furnished.

Owner pays for the front yard landscaping. The tenant is responsible for the rear yard landscaping. Tenant responsible for utilities: power and the city of Phoenix services which include water, sewer and trash.

Non Refundable Earnest Deposit of $500 to secure property will be applied to move in expenses: $2400 security deposit + first month's rent. Cats and dogs allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Proof of renters insurance is required.

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
