Hello - My name is Philip and I'm the landlord, not a property management company. I tell you this because I'm more interested in finding the right long-term tenant to fits into my small community than renting it to the first person that applies. I've learned the hard way, if I rent a place to the wrong person, it will change the dynamics of our entire community.

Ultimately, my goal is for you to love our company so much that you want to live in one of our units until you buy a home! If the place you rent from first is not ideal we may have another property for you when your lease term is up.

This property is fantastic and beautiful!

When you drive by the property, you will see how it stands out from all properties in the area. I've planted many trees so that as they grow, they will shade the property (hopefully your future home) from the Arizona heat and give a dimension to our property that is different than others. I want my tenants to be proud of where they live.

- The kitchen is large and beautiful.
- There are washer and dryer hook-ups, you can bring your own units or rent them from us.
- Onsite storage available to rent if needed.

Here are some important points to understand about me and my process:

* All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk, so please call. Let's see if we are a fit for each other.

* You don't need the perfect credit score. If you are a hard-working person, I can look beyond a credit score.

* If you don't have all the money for a security deposit, that's fine too. We can work something out and it can be paid overtime

* I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. Also to note, I'm fanatical about cleaning up after your pet. If you leave your dog droppings without picking it up, you will pay many, many fi

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "

Everyone watch watches for each other nobody uses profanity on the streets is just so great to live in downtown Phoenix restaurants are always gree with service there is no issues with any restaurants at all.
