Home features new vinyl and tile flooring, no carpet.

All rooms have window blinds and ceiling fans.

South facing windows have shade screens to keep the heat out.

Large family room has a working, functioning wall AC unit. This room was added after the build so it has a separate AC unit.

This home includes a small storage shed in the backyard you are free to use during the lease.

Front yard has new gravel,low maintenance, just needs to be sprayed for weeds 1x every 6 months. Tenants responsibility.

Backyard is completely closed in with block wall and chain link fencing.

2 parking spaces in the driveway and one car allowed to park on the street. No parking in front landscaping.

Tenant is responsible is for all utilities: City of Mesa for water, sewer, trash and SRP for electricity.

Pool maintenance is included in rent and cleaned weekly in the summer, Bi~weekly in the winter by the landlord only.

1 Dog is allowed~ the backyard is not very conducive to pets. There is no place to use the bathroom so we have added a few patches of synthetic grass. This would need to be cleaned up on a regular basis.

The backyard is concrete and cool deck.

The rent also includes a washer and dryer with inside laundry room.

The home includes: fridge, double oven, stovetop, and washer and dryer.

Landlord takes incredible care of their tenants and does their own management.

You will be responsible for taking good care of this home but the landlord will take very good care of the tenants.

You must bring home 3 times the monthly rent to qualify.

    "My neighborhood is friendly and has more animal lovers around than you would imagine. I also have a short commute to the freeway to get to work or parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix quickly. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."

    "I love the desert landscape. It feels quiet and remote but you’re 5 minutes from grocery stores. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
