Front yard has new gravel,low maintenance, just needs to be sprayed for weeds 1x every 6 months. Tenants responsibility.

Backyard is completely closed in with block wall and chain link fencing.

2 parking spaces in the driveway and one car allowed to park on the street. No parking in front landscaping.

Tenant is responsible is for all utilities: City of Mesa for water, sewer, trash and SRP for electricity.

Pool maintenance is included in rent and cleaned weekly in the summer, Bi~weekly in the winter by the landlord only.

1 Dog is allowed~ the backyard is not very conducive to pets. There is no place to use the bathroom so we have added a few patches of synthetic grass. This would need to be cleaned up on a regular basis.
