Gas heating/cooling with smart thermostat.

Two-car attached garage with smart opening remote system will have 1 (or negotiably 2) parking lots available. Spacious flat driveway.

Mature lot with plenty of trees and shade all around the house is equipped with a sprinkling system and has an empty large den in the backyard to keep your stuff.

Enjoy peaceful views from a lighted deck which stands above all houses in the neighborhood. You step out on it from the kitchen and go downstairs to a concrete a patio with a fire pit. Walk-in door from the patio takes you back into the house straight to the family room downstairs with a warm fireplace and the bar!

The house exterior has great fresh look:
in 2025 it was repainted with a very light grey color, and new deck features composite white railing.

RENTAL INFORMATION:

A nice FULLY FURNISHED, conveniently located 4-bedroom house in a respected neighborhood in South St. Cloud is rented as a 2 bedroom SHARED home directly by owner, who alternates living on property with extended leaves.

An upper level master bedroom and office (4th bedroom) are used by owner.

Renter will use the living surface of approximately up to 2300 square feet in total:
2 bedrooms on lower level,
2 full baths, and
all common areas of the house.

A two car garage will have 1 available parking lot, plus generous parking space on the driveway.

If you need to bring some (but NOT A LOT) of own furniture, it can be discussed, but space is limited

ONLY responsible, trustworthy, educated, officially employed, and cleanly ADULTS:
ideally 1 single or a couple (maximum 2 people).

Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING!

Renter additionally pays:
 gas/electric, water, sewage
 Internet / cable subscription,
 takes care of the yard (or pays extra fee to hire professionals).

    "I lived a couple of blocks away for 18 years. While everything in the review from 6 years ago was definitely true, I know for a fact that activity has greatly improved. The scsu attendance is greatly reduced, so the walk- by traffic has diminished significantly. The university had extended their discipline of student activity to include bad behavior off-campus. On the downside, there are far fewer events held on campus. It is wonderful to walk to downtown, even to Lake George and to the public library, depending on how much exercising you want to do! Multiple bus routes make a stop at Miller Library so it is very convenient to get around. The Neighborhood’s homeowners would welcome the Rehab of this beautiful jem. There is an historical preservation committee, and the members have a great deal of experience in returning homes to their initial glory. As this is on auction, it could be that the pipes were frozen, and any buyer would be looking at the replacement of the plumbing system. Check the utility records to see if the usage was high during the winter. Good luck searching for the right house for you and your family!"

We appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood. It is generally very safe although there are places to avoid due to the occupants. We lock our doors and I don’t let my elementary school son walk alone around the block for safety, but I am a cautious person. It’s a busy, but quiet neighborhood. "
