An upper level master (3rd) bedroom and office (4th bedroom) are locked to store owner's stuff and are reserved for his occasional returns home.

Renters will use the living surface of approximately 2300 square feet in total, including:
2 bedrooms on lower level,
2 full baths, and
all common areas of the house.

A two car garage will have 1 available parking lot, plus generous parking space on the driveway.

On demand, for an additional fee, the use of:
3rd (master) bedroom upstairs with additional (3rd) private bathroom, jetted tub, and a walk-in closet), and
second parking lot in garage may be negotiable.

If you need to bring some (but NOT A LOT) of own furniture, it can be discussed, but space is limited

Available for (partial) rent since fall 2024 (full yeah term will be given a strong preference, but shorter or longer terms can also be discussed).

ONLY responsible, educated, officially employed, and cleanly ADULTS: ideally 1 or 2 singles or a couple (maximum 3 people).

Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING!

Renter will be responsible of:
$1,500 rent per month
$450 flat fee for gas/electric, water, sewage
Internet / cable subscription
taking care of the yard and snow removal (or an extra fee to hire professionals).
