We have what you're looking for! Northgreen Apartments is located near the Oakway Golf Course. Most of our apartments are on the golf course overlooking a well landscaped lawn with many trees. We are conveniently located a short distance from the Valley River Mall and close proximity to anywhere in Eugene! Enjoy coming home daily to a wood-burning fireplace and taking in all the greenery and beautiful natural landscaping throughout. We welcome you to come view spacious apartment homes.

This unit is a one-bedroom, one bath flat, near the Oakway Golf Course. (2nd Floor) with 700 square feet of space. It has been upgraded with newer appliances, flooring and cabinets including in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom has a large walk-thru closet into the bathroom. The living room has a pass-thru bar between the kitchen and open concept dining/living room area. *Please advise pictures are the same floorplan but may not be of actual unit.

We also are an apartment community with great amenities such as two swimming pools, four on-site laundry facilities, a gym and a "Club House".
