Security deposit: $3,700, Plus a $500 non-refundable cleaning fee
No smoking in the home or garage
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including garbage
Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and landscaping in accordance with HOA guidelines
Renters insurance is required

Pet Policy
Cats and small dogs are welcome
$500 non-refundable pet fee per pet
Monthly pet rent: $50 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet
No aggressive dog breeds

Application Requirements
All applicants age 18 or older must complete a background and credit screening
Minimum credit score of 660 required
Gross monthly household income must be at least 2.75 times the monthly rent

Small Pets ok with $500 per pet-non refundable fee. No aggressive dogs. Must Pass background & MINIMUM credit check of 660+ & be 18+yrs old. $3700 security deposit + $500 non refundable cleaning fee +$3700 first month rent+pet fee if any. $50 added to each month rent for each pet. Must carry Renters insurance. Appointment required

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
