Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
ONE OF A KIND DESIGNER HIGH END OCEANFRONT CONDO

WASHER & DRYER IN UNIT. MOST UNITS IN THE BUILDING DO NOT HAVE THIS.

This is your oceanfront sanctuary from the world. Rentals in this highly desired ocean front building rarely come available and none have gone through an extensive $80K floor to ceiling modern remodel like our unit.

PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL SEND A VIDEO LINK OF VIEWS FROM THE UNIT AND SOUNDS OF THE CRASHING WAVES as zillow does not allow video links in listings.

Comparable fully remodeled front facing oceanfront units would rent for 15% more than what we are charging. For the past 4 years we have only increased rent 3% annually. We are looking for a caring person (or couple) to take good care of the unit.

Take a look at the pictures, as a picture is worth a thousand words. This building is the only ocean front property in all of Long Beach with floor to ceiling windows, unobstructed views of the ocean and no views of any neighboring units from the living room. In addition this complex has the only pool in long beach where you can people watch on the strand while being in the pool. In addition to the pool area, the complex has the largest ocean front patio and club room (approx. 4,000 sq. ft. combined) in all of long beach.

Please note, this unit is one of the largest one bedroom units in the building and is directly front facing the ocean. This unit is NOT one of the smaller 1 bedroom units on the side of the building which some landlords claim is "unobstructed views". The smaller 1 bedroom units on the side of the building directly overlook the street and other buildings and you have to look at an angle in order to see the ocean in those units.

Fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. This is one of the few front facing oceanfront units in all of long beach where the crashing of the waves is the loudest due to the positioning of the breakwater wall in the ocean.

This unit is extremely quiet as the floors and ceiling are sold concrete and all of the perimeter walls of the unit are reinforced concrete cinderblock.

The upgrades to this unit include:
- polished porcelain tiles throughout the entire unit
- professional modern low voltage cable lighting running the entire length of unit on dimmer switches (600 Watts total)
- fully demoed and redesigned kitchen (including custom modern white thermafoil cabinets from Italy that are extremely deep with roll out drawers inside, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stainless steel and black glass tile backsplash that goes from the countertop to the ceiling. Also wave pattern professional modern low voltage lighting on dimmer switch - 300 watts total).
- Designer modern living room wall done in a stainless steel wave pattern
- fully demoed and redesigned bathroom vanity area (including white thermafoil cabinets from Italy that are extremely deep with roll out drawers inside, solid stone vanity top surface, $1,000 designer KWC waterfall faucet, polished stainless steel sink and professional modern low voltage lighting with chrome and frosted blue glass fixtures in the bathroom on dimmer switches -- 300 Watts total)
- jacuzzi bathtub with modern chrome fixtures and solid slabs of stone imported from Italy (solid stone surface in bathtub area matches vanity top)
- bedroom has been remodeled with frameless frosted aquamarine glass sliding closet doors, frameless mirror sliding closet door and modern ceiling fan.

In our lease agreement we will put in writing annual lease renewal options which will cap rent increases to a max of 5% annually for the next 4 years. Other oceanfront complexes in the area offer low reduced rates as new renter move in specials and then increase your rent 20% the next year and 10% per year thereafter causing many to not be able to afford to continue living oceanfront.

LEASE INCLUDES OVER $200 PER MONTH IN OWNER PAID FOR EXTRAS:
1) fios tv with dvr and high speed (up to 1 gig) fiber optic internet.
2) electricity that powers the unit's central air conditioning and heats the hot water, water, trash and sewer.

Lease includes 1 reserved, covered, secure, parking space. If you do not need the parking space, you can rent out the space to other residents for approx $200/ month due to high demand and limited supply.

AS THE UNIT IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY A TENANT, SHOWINGS WILL BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Thanks and I look forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,

Jason

PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL SEND A VIDEO LINK OF VIEWS FROM THE UNIT AND SOUNDS OF THE CRASHING WAVES as zillow does not allow video links in listings.

MOVE IN DATE IS FLEXIBLE.
CURRENTLY THERE IS A TENANT IN THE UNIT THAT WOULD LIKE TO END THEIR LEASE EARLY DUE TO A WORK RELOCATON BACK EAST. OFFICIALLY THEIR LEASE ENDS 6/30.

THE UNIT CAN BE AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN ON YOUR DESIRED DATE AS LONG AS TENANT HAS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS NOTICE AFTER LEASE SIGNING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

LEASE INCLUDES OVER $200 PER MONTH IN OWNER PAID FOR EXTRAS:
1) fios tv with dvr and high speed (up to 1 gig) fiber optic internet.
2) electricity that powers the unit's central air conditioning and heats the hot water
3) water, trash and sewer

Current tenants lease has only increased 3% per year for the last 4 years with the last rent increase on 7/1/24. New tenant will be offered guaranteed future annual lease renewals not to exceed 5% for the next 4 years.

AS THE UNIT IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY A TENANT, SHOWINGS WILL BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

  • Tim Balen
"I drive to Various locations around Southern California. Irregular hours and days. Short and long distances"
  • Mr. Chinikipaka
"Lively community people care for each other. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Mostly safe but crime is increasing "
  • Meagan Swartwood
"Lots of dogs everywhere so if you have a social pup it’s great! However you do have to occasionally deal with poor pet parenting like dogs off leash and don’t recall, not picking up poop, etc."
  • Paige Williams
"There are constantly so many community events going on! A few that I frequent are Run Club, Yoga at the Bluff and Fourth Fridays. "
  • Imanii godwin
"Very big dog community. Long Beach has Rosie’s dog beach which is amazing . Dogs are welcome everywhere . "
  • PGE
"Long Beach has a special charm and sense of community that is like no other. The fast pace of a city with the chill energy of a beach town. From the wild parrots to the awesome bike accessibility; Long Beach has it all. "
  • Melinda Villagrana
"It’s not safe at all anymore. My brothers car has been stolen. My car has been left open now because they’ve broken into it like 5 times. It’s dirty now with a lot of homeless people and scary people on drugs."
  • Tim Balen
"Friendly neighborhood for dog owners. Shoos/restaurants tolerant. Great dog park near by. Other do owners are friendly."
  • Derek Grant
"It’s okay…. Plenty of dogs in the downtown area. A decent amount of restaurants and personally owned stores might keep a bowl of water outside."
  • Marissa Hanley
"A lot of people don’t pick up their dog poop. So they might get the blame for it from other people. Also there are bags of dog poop laying all over from people picking it up then not disposing of it correctly. Dog owners might like the dog/parks close by!"
  • Barbara Laguna
"It feels safe during the day. Lots of homeless at night.. but for the most part, I feel safe. But always use caution. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Find a place w parking be kind to neighbors and homeless keep your dogs on a leash. Support all the great local businesses "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"There’s always some sort of event taking place. Bike riding is a very big, skating, walking, running is very big in this community. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"There’s a dog park at Bixby. Tons of people with dogs. Always dog poop left on sidewalks and grass, unfortunately. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"All the different places to go and all the things to do. Makes for a good time. The beach is close so you can go to the water any day of the week."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"i just moved here, about a week ago. i love it. one thing, the parking is crazy! or lack of parking. but morning walks have been so beautiful, birds chirping. i love it. i hope to be a resident here for a long time. im still trying to work out what places are cool, etc. and what food places i wanna try, etc. but its been so pleasant so far. a far cry from living in motels for over 1.5 years! "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"People of all economic backgrounds live here. The demographic has quite the variety which makes you feel included. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"School system and neighborhood watch is everyone’s number one concern in this area and the school district "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Farmers markets every Tuesdays and Saturdays, we get to host the Long Beach Grand Prix every year near the pike "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Very diverse community, it is a great advantage to experience culture and gd impact to children lives in the future"
  • Usuario de Trulia
"You see other dog owners all the time walking their dogs and they have nearby dog parks for dogs to meet other dogs and play with. Also a lot of people that love seeing dogs all around the neighborhood, people are just friendly when it comes to having dogs around so that is an upside for dog owners when living in the downtown area."
  • Usuario de Trulia
"easy with a scooter staying in downtown. parking is terrible as lost places do not have assigned parking and many people have multiple cars that rarely move"
  • Usuario de Trulia
"People don’t pick up after their dogs. All dogs are mainly on leashes unless they obviously but other than that everyone is nice "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Great area, always loved living downtown. There’s one major problem and it’s parking one 4pm hits good luck because it becomes a race and it gets worse if there’s an event. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Culture , art. Food. Music, the pike. Long Beach is different in general. LGBTQ presence is thick and it’s nice to be apart of that. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Charming even though it’s crowded parking is difficult to find. Pockets of shopping with small business "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Yoga on the bluff, farmers market, the dog beach, the dog parks, and all the dog friendly businesses. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"There’s a huge sense of community here. It’s quiet but not it’s still lively with lots to do. Everything is within walking distance and it is super dog friendly, which is mandatory for me as I have 2 dogs. "
  • Usuario de Trulia
"I work from home so no commute. But if I had to, I would take the closest bus or the train in to the office"
  • Usuario de Trulia
"Big mixing pot of different people and lifestyles everybody gets along for the most part. Great place to live. "
  • Denis L.
"there is absolutely no place to park , the street sweeping signs are a major challenge, parking control is predatorial, lots of a drug dealers roaming around on bikes, transient population has become overwhelming I will never move back in this area unless I don't need a car, "
  • Robbyn M.
"The beach is beautiful , but if you actually want to swim go south to Sunset, Bolsa Chica, or Huntington Beaches. The water is much less polluted and the waves are better."
  • Eric H.
"Close to Retro Row, Bixby Park, Bluff Park and the beach! Very friendly and walkable. Bike lanes! Schools nearby!"
  • Robbyn M.
"Parking is so bad that once parked I don’t move my car and I walk everywhere I need to go. Everything is pretty close so it works out okay."
  • Stephlynstill
"There is a lot of traffic here and busy streets, there are also a lot of homeless. It’s not the safest place for kids to run around."
  • Lucialopesactress
"Yoga at the park for free, the longest beach still affordable to live comparing to other neighborhoods."
  • Christina V. L.
"I think the public free events are cool. There are a lot of people out and about. There are fun bars and restaurants. "
  • Brett R.
"I drive. Far.I drive I don't take public transportation. There are so many homeless, mentally ill people in this neighborhood it is unsafe to go anywhere. There are high rise condos and OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED RENTAL APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN LONG BEACH THAT IS UNAFFORDABLE TO THE AVERAGE COLLEGE EDUCATED PROFESSIONAL! "
  • Jacob
"Since the Broadway Road Diet my commute has gotten exponentially better! Easy access to downtown ,public transit, and the beach! "
  • Arpan K.
"It’s beautiful and very diversified community!! Easy access to everywhere. Close to the beach and outlets, movie theaters etc."
