This building is the only ocean front property in all of Long Beach with floor to ceiling windows, unobstructed views of the ocean and no views of any neighboring units from the living room. In addition this complex has the only pool in long beach where you can people watch on the strand while being in the pool. In addition to the pool area, the complex has the largest ocean front patio and club room (approx. 4,000 sq. ft. combined) in all of long beach.
Please note, this unit is one of the largest one bedroom units in the building and is directly front facing the ocean. This unit is NOT one of the smaller 1 bedroom units on the side of the building which some landlords claim is "unobstructed views". The smaller 1 bedroom units on the side of the building directly overlook the street and other buildings and you have to look at an angle in order to see the ocean in those units.
Fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. This is one of the few front facing oceanfront units in all of long beach where the crashing of the waves is the loudest due to the positioning of the breakwater wall in the ocean.
This unit is extremely quiet as the floors and ceiling are sold concrete and all of the perimeter walls of the unit are reinforced concrete cinderblock.
The upgrades to this unit include:
- polished porcelain tiles throughout the entire unit
- professional modern low voltage cable lighting running the entire length of unit on dimmer switches (600 Watts total)
- fully demoed and redesigned kitchen (including custom modern white thermafoil cabinets from Italy that are extremely deep with roll out drawers inside, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stainless steel and black glass tile backsplash that goes from the countertop to the ceiling. In our lease agreement we will put in writing annual lease renewal options which will cap rent increases to a max of 5% annually for the next 4 years. Other oceanfront complexes in the area offer low reduced rates as new renter move in specials and then increase your rent 20% the next year and 10% per year thereafter causing many to not be able to afford to continue living oceanfront.
LEASE INCLUDES OVER $200 PER MONTH IN OWNER PAID FOR EXTRAS:
1) fios tv with dvr and high speed (up to 1 gig) fiber optic internet.
