This is a luxurious home with magnificent oceanfront views. It was recently remodeled from top to bottom. Just steps to beaches and the Pacific Ocean. The home is spacious, fully furnished and includes all amenities.

There are three levels. The lower view level includes a spacious living room with high ceilings, fireplace and 12 foot high sliding glass windows. It is superbly furnished. It has direct access to the master bedroom and full bath that equals in incredible view windows. Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the rear deck that is superbly furnished and is highlighted with spectacular views.

The second level includes a gourmet kitchen with high ceilings, the latest appliances, architecturally designed cabinet and stand alone island. Also on this floor is a second bedroom with full bath. This level provides direct access to the front patio that is also furnished with exceptional outdoor furniture.

The third level includes a third bedroom with full bath and exceptional ocean views. Included are a built in desk and a very comfortable sofa & fold out bed.
The home includes the finest bedding, linens and bath
accessories. A full size washer/dryer. High speed internet,
smart TV and much more.

The Sea Bluffs community offers two pool areas, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickle ball court and private walk way to beach areas, daily security and gated. The unit has a two car garage and additional guest parking upon availability.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
